ON THE MINUTE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE
Minute 1 - 5 Burpees Minute 2 - 6 Burpees Minute 3 - 7 Burpees Continue to add (1) rep until you can no longer complete the reps in the minute

Home Gym Workout "Death By Devils Press" This can be one with a single DB or double. If using a single alternate each rep You can follow the rep scheme above or chose to start with 1 rep and add (1) per minute
